How fast does the nurse arrive?
Across most of Dubai, about 60 minutes from your first message. We share her live location on WhatsApp once she's on the way.
What does a visit cost?
From AED 250 a visit. Drip ingredients, medicines and lab samples are charged at cost and confirmed on WhatsApp before the nurse leaves. A small night surcharge after 10pm.
Do I need a prescription?
For most things, yes, from a clinic, a hospital or a BestDOC doctor. No prescription? We send a doctor first; the nurse can come on the same visit.
Can the nurse start a drip without a doctor there?
Yes. A BestDOC doctor checks every drip before the nurse is sent, and is one message away during the visit. Controlled medicines need a doctor in person for the first dose.
Does insurance pay?
No. Home care in the UAE is paid by you directly. We confirm the price in writing before we start.
