What do you need help with?
When a sick child belongs at home, and when it does not.
Most children get better faster in their own bed than in a clinic waiting room. Emergencies belong in hospital, and the doctor on standby will tell you plainly when that is the call.
- A child with a fever or a viral illness you would rather not take to a waiting room
- A child home from hospital after surgery, on the first nights
- A child with asthma, allergy or diabetes who needs a steady weekly routine
- A special-needs child whose plan asks for trained hands at home
- A NICU graduate home on a feeding or weight plan (nurse tier)
- A one-off injection or dressing, book a nurse on call instead
- Anything needing hospital equipment we cannot bring home
- A new diagnosis with no paediatrician yet, we help you find one first
- Hard breathing, a fit, or any emergency, call 998

How much does a paediatric nurse at home cost?
AED 75 per hour is the Care Companion rate, a trained carer (CNA + BLS), not a nurse, four-hour minimum. A DHA-licensed paediatric nurse is a little higher per hour, quoted in writing after the free first visit. Long-term and live-in plans come down per hour, also quoted in writing.
What is the difference between a Care Companion and a nurse?
A Care Companion is a trained carer, CNA-certified, BLS-trained, paediatric experience, not a nurse. They run the day: fevers, post-surgery nights, asthma routines, minding a well child. A DHA-licensed nurse does clinical work: insulin, tube feeds, dressings, NICU plans, complex breathing care. The free first visit decides which your child needs.
Do you work with our paediatrician?
Yes. Your paediatrician's plan is the plan. Our doctor reads the latest clinic letter, talks to your paediatrician when something changes, and keeps them copied on the chart.
What ages do you cover?
Newborn to about 14. The first weeks at home are usually a better fit for our newborn care service; everything after the first month sits here.
Does insurance pay?
No. Home care in the UAE is paid by you directly. We confirm the price in writing before we start.
