How fast does the doctor arrive?
About 45 minutes from your first message, most of the time. We send the closest free doctor and a live arrival time on WhatsApp.
What does a visit cost?
AED 300 per visit. We confirm it on WhatsApp before the doctor leaves. No call-out fee. Night surcharge after 10pm. Bloods and medicines are listed separately.
Can the doctor write a prescription or sick note?
Yes. DHA prescriptions on the spot, and we route them to a 24-hour pharmacy. A sick note or medical certificate is written during the visit when it's medically right, at no extra charge.
Who is the doctor?
DHA-licensed GP, 3+ years experience. Name and photo sent on WhatsApp on request. A nurse comes with them for injections, drips and tests.
Does insurance pay?
No. Home care in the UAE is paid by you directly. We don't bill insurance companies.
